The shit that High Tech social media companies will not tell you. It really piss's me off when I try to use the Internet, and the POS, won't load or loads very slowly. There are several things at play here, internet bandwidth, weather especially after a serious rainstorm, or when the High tech social-media outfits, are piggybacking your content. Yes friends they are watching you, and not giving a rats assif you like it or not. The same goes for those pirates that pilfer your online plunder. Especially if you're doing you and there is someone jealous as hell of what you got, or you submitted 411 to one of those Indian, the country, website builders. If you give them the finger enough times, they will hack your computer system. Likewise the Internet Provider. Think you have any privacy? Nope, they too look over your content and WILL invade your online plunder. However, even if you go to an internet down site, there isn't much 411 there. Mostly because it's monitored by Bots, not a human with a brain.
